5. Third-Party Services & Integrations
M-Classboard integrates with third-party service providers (including Razorpay for payment processing, SMTP relays for email transmission, and cloud infrastructure vendors). M-Prime Group does not assume liability for downtime, outages, or terms changes originating from third-party vendor platforms.
6. Institutional & User Responsibilities
Educational institutions are solely responsible for ensuring the lawful collection, accuracy, student consent verification, and institutional compliance of all student records, examination scores, and absence certificates uploaded to their workspace.
